VETA CRM SOFTWARE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1, 2025



Welcome to Veta CRM Software (“Veta,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our CRM software, website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.



1. Business Overview

Veta CRM Software is a CRM and marketing automation platform tailored for small to mid-sized businesses to manage leads, customer communications, and internal marketing workflows. We operate as a consulting solutions provider focused on helping marketing departments streamline customer engagement processes.



2. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activities occurring under your account.



3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Veta offers the following monthly plans:


Starter: $25 per user/month


Pro: $50 per user/month


Enterprise: Custom pricing (available after consultation)


Free trials are available upon request following a scheduled consultation. All subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.



4. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancelation

Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new pricing will apply immediately, and the updated rate will be charged at your next billing cycle.


Downgrades: You may downgrade your plan, but changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for downgrades.


Cancelation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. If you are on an annual or custom agreement, please contact your assigned account manager to discuss termination options.



5. Account Access and Retention Policy

Voluntary Cancelation: After cancellation, your data will be retained for 120 days unless you request immediate deletion.


Failed Payments:


– After 15 days: All users on the account will lose the ability to create transactions.


– After 30 days: Only the admin will retain “view-only” access.


– After 120 days: The account and all data will be permanently deleted unless resolved.



6. Refunds and Service Credits

All sales are final. However, if service interruptions or downtime are caused by Veta or its infrastructure providers, customers may request a prorated credit or refund through their account manager.


Service Credit: A credit of up to 2x the value of the lost service time (e.g., 3 days of downtime = up to 6 days’ credit) may be applied toward future invoices.


Refunds: If an interruption exceeds seven (7) consecutive days, a refund may be issued equal to the value of the lost service period.


Eligibility: Refunds and credits are only available when the issue is directly caused by Veta, not third-party tools, customer error, or internet outages.


Discretion: All decisions are subject to review by the assigned account manager.



7. Data Collection and Privacy

We are committed to data privacy and transparency. Veta does not collect or store sensitive data such as credit card numbers, government-issued IDs, or medical information. We only collect first and last name, email address, and phone number. All payment data is handled by our third-party processor (e.g., Stripe) directly. We do not store or access your billing credentials.



8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity; share, resell, sublicense, or lease your account access; attempt to breach or interfere with system security or network integrity; reverse engineer, clone, or replicate any portion of the software; or use the system to send spam or unauthorized marketing content. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of access without notice.



9. Support and Service Levels

Phone and email support: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time


Email response time: Within 18 hours


Live chat: Available through the customer portal for paying users, with extended hours and responses within 2 hours


We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not offer formal SLAs unless specifically stated in a custom agreement.



10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, trademarks, and features on the platform are the sole property of Veta or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the Services without written permission.



11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid to Veta in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.



12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veta, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.



13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.



14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your account dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
